If you’re looking for a new place to call home in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, consider taking your search out of the city and into the suburbs. Murphy is a great place to find a home, filled with desirable neighborhoods and amenities.
While it may be a bit more rural and definitely smaller in size compared to Dallas, Murphy is growing at a rapid pace. The city’s added in thousands of new residents in recent years, especially since the President George Bush Turnpike opened up.
The city also has plenty of family-friendly amenities. Local schools are highly rated, plus you’ll find plenty of parks, too. Murphy Central Park offers a picnic area, a stocked pond, a walking trail, sports fields and a playground. Maxwell Creek Trails, meanwhile, is a master-planned hiking and biking trail system.
The city already has many of the things homebuyers are looking for. Murphy Marketplace is the place to go for dining and shopping. It also includes a Sprouts Farmers Market for groceries.
