Deep Ellum Lofts For SaleDeep Ellum is a lively Dallas neighborhood that’s mostly known for its live music venues and vibrant street murals. But as the community continues to evolve, it’s also becoming one of the trendier locations for home and condo buyers to consider in Dallas as well.

Not surprisingly, you won’t find many single-family homes in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. Instead, it’s all about condos and lofts, and whether or not you’re quick enough to find and secure something you like. Yep—listings move pretty quickly here.

So if you’ve done your homework and feel Deep Ellum is where you want to be, here are 3 places we suggest beginning your search if a chic and stylish big city loft is high up on your wish list.

Soco Urban Lofts

Concrete ceilings, polished concrete floors, huge columns, exposed brick, and huge industrial windows—safe to say Soco Urban Lofts in Dallas simply have it all. And it’s also one of the more affordable loft buildings in the area too, making it even more appealing for prospective home buyers and renters.

2220 Canton

Easily one of our favorite loft conversion in Dallas, 2220 Canton has an undeniable warehouse vibe that we just love. Units here are open and ultra-spacious, but keep in mind that you won’t find many lofts on the market at 2220 Canton very often.

Harvest Lofts

If you aren’t quite ready to buy but still want a loft space somewhere near Deep Ellum, that’s okay! Swing over to 1011 S. Pearl Expy to see what’s available at the Harvest Lofts. Unique and every bit as authentic as any other loft building in town, the Harvest Lofts boast beautiful living spaces also quite the collection of lifestyle amenities as well.
