It’s no secret that DFW’s apartment market has been among the hottest in the country over the last 12-18 months and one Atlanta-based developer is banking on that trend continuing well into 2020 and beyond.

As first reported by the Dallas News, RangeWater Real Estate is in the process of building a new, 8-story apartment building near the 5700 block of Richmond Avenue in Dallas’ Lower Greenville neighborhood and just last week renderings were first released.

In recent years, Lower Greenville has transformed into one of the city’s hottest neighborhoods to live and work and this new project will only add to the area’s rapidly growing and evolving landscape.

When finished, the new project will bring 236 new apartment units to the neighborhood and future residents will be well within walking distance to an amazing collection of shops and restaurants that now line Greenville.

According to developers, the first three levels of the building will have brownstone-style apartments similar to what you might see in older cities, and there will also be a third floor terrace with amazing views of downtown Dallas.

A pedestrian plaza and private pool deck will also be available to future residents as well.

As of now, construction for the new Lower Greenville apartment project is expected to wrap-up in early 2022.
