Terri Martin

I'm a proven Realtor with decades of experience in the DFW real estate market.  I spent more than 20 years in the motion picture business (ask me about "Steel Magnolias":))  and I started my real estate career by helping my film colleagues buy and sell homes in the DFW area.  During that time, I also purchased and renovated many single family homes in Dallas, from Lakewood to Bluffview.  My experience making deals in the film business made me a great negotiator and I pride myself on making sure my buyers and sellers are maximizing the equity in their real estate investments.  Most importantly, my goal is to make sure you are happy with the results of your real estate transaction. I love finding buyers a home that makes them happy & inspires them every day.  My goal with sellers is to get the home sold quickly, for the most money and with as little stress as possible.  In my spare time, I volunteer with local animal rescue groups, ride my bike around White Rock Lake and enjoy time with family and friends.  My tagline is "Real Estate Your Way!".
