Unique Dallas Loft Buildings

Loft conversions by design always offer a more unique and distinctive feel than traditional condo or townhome developments in DFW. Most are housed inside old industrial or warehouse buildings that often feature raw finishes like concrete or timber ceilings, exposed bricks walls, exposed duct work, and various other features that you wouldn’t ordinarily find in your typical suburban condominium complex.

It’s for this reason, and many others of course, that urban home buyers can’t seem to get enough of these chic and stylish loft spaces, and if you’re in the market for something a little more “off-the-wall” so-to-speak, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding something that fits all your needs and wants in some of the most eclectic loft conversions the Dallas real estate market has to offer. Like most cities, there’s certainly a wide-range of options when it comes to lofts for sale, but if you’re truly looking for something different, you might just want to begin your search with these unique Dallas loft buildings:

Buzz Urban Lofts – 1111 S. Akard, Dallas TX

Although recently built in 2007, the sort of mid-century modern design and feel of the Buzz Urban Lofts certainly isn’t what you see in a typical warehouse-style loft conversion, but the wide open layouts and polished concrete floors certainly give these Dallas lofts a true artists’ loft ambiance that’s hard to deny, especially if you love these sprawling open concepts.
