With the Super Bowl now behind us and the busy spring season rapidly approaching, we thought now would be a good time to take a closer look at the overall health of the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market.
As one might expect, the real estate industry has steadily improved since market downturn back in 2008, but what’s especially encouraging is how dramatic of a turnaround it’s been. For those of us working in the real estate business everyday, it’s sometimes easy to forget the progress that’s been made even from just a couple years ago, but when you look at it on paper, it’s safe to say the market temperature here in DFW is very hot.
