One of Uptown’s most high-profile apartment developments has finally opened its doors after being under construction for nearly two years.

Standing 20 stories high and housing 261 apartment residences, along with over 11,000 square feet of retail space,  M-Line Tower at Bowen and McKinney Avenue was built on the site of the widely popular Café Express restaurant, which didn’t please many Uptown residents when the project was first proposed.

But now, almost two full years later, it’s hard not to be impressed with what this new luxury rental tower has to offer, especially from a lifestyle standpoint.

Along with being situated right in the heart of one of the most popular neighborhoods in Dallas, M-Line Tower also provides future residents with a full business center with conference rooms, personal study areas, a fabulous fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool and sun deck, and a sky lounge up on the building’s 20th floor, which makes for a spectacular place to entertain friends and family.

Look for studio apartments at M-Line Tower to start somewhere close to $1,600 with the most expensive unit in the building, a 2,511 square foot penthouse, to run $12,555 a month.

And for all you Café Express fans out there who were sad to see this neighborhood staple go, a brand new Café Express, along with a Blue Sushi Sake Grill, are also expected to open on the ground level of M-Line Tower sometime next month.
