We’re now well into the new year, but there’s still plenty of time left this year to consider some of DFW’s top loft buildings.
Dickson-Jenkins Building
Found in Fort Worth, the Dickson-Jenkins building offers up the enjoyment of industrial-style lofts in a more historic setting. Found within a short walk of popular Sundance Square, the 1920s-era building provides for around two-dozen different units, in a mid-rise setting.
Texas & Pacific Lofts
Also found in Fort Worth, the Texas & Pacific Lofts allow for 12-stories of loft homes in a downtown, historic building. Supplemented by exposed brick and ductwork, the building also offers oversized windows, high ceilings and some original terrazzo flooring.
588 Lofts
Finally, the 588 Lofts of Dallas sit in the city’s State Thomas neighborhood, a short distance from a variety of shops, restaurants, museums and more. Coming in edgy, one- and two-bedroom designs, the two-story homes of this building are complimented by a rooftop lounge, swimming pool, garden and fitness center.
