A new apartment community is in the works for West Dallas, according to recent reports. Called Alta Trinity Green, Stonelake Capital Partners and Wood Partners have already broken ground on the new 324-unit project, which will occupy roughly 25 acres on Singleton Boulevard just west of Sylvan Ave. 

As mentioned by the Dallas Morning News, Stonelake Capital Partners and StreetLights Residential have already finished 371 apartment residences in the Trinity Green mega-development, while David Weekly Homes is also already in the process of building out 96 homes as well. 

Should construction go according to plan, the fabulous new Alta Trinity Green apartment residences should open sometime in the fall of 2018, but don’t look for development to stop there.  

Stonelake’s plan is to build and additional 850 apartments within the Trinity Green development, which should be noted is just west of the Trinity Groves development, which is also in the process of opening its first phase of apartment residences as well.
